Meals are served at the main lodge in the dinning room.  Our dining room is modestly sized.  We have the capacity to serve 25 people at a time.  The owner/managers for the ranch, Jon and Wanda, have over 60 years of combined restaurant experience. If you are looking for an opportunity to rub elbows with the locals, our restaurant is a great place to do so.  A large percentage of our restaurant business is from members of our own community.  Our cuisine is American and our portions are generous.

 

Breakfast—A full-service standard menu breakfast is provided at no additional charge to all registered cabin guests.  Walk-ins are always welcome.  Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.  The local favorite for breakfast is our biscuit with sausage gravy, corned beef hash and potatoes breakfast.

 

Dinner—We offer an extensive dinner menu including appetizers, the best wine selection in North Routt County, beer, and daily specials.   Dinner is served from 5:30 PM until close.  Given the limited size of our dining room, reservations are highly recommended.    The local favorites on our dinner menu are our filet mignon and our wild game entrees.
